
Digital Marketing Executive

- Delivering targeted marketing campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation
- Building and controlling marketing schedules to ensure deadlines are met
- Creating and sending promotional emails, from data selection through to reporting on performance
- Keeping websites and digital assets updated, visually engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Managing and distributing data responsibly, in line with GDPR and internal protocols
- Compiling timely and accurate campaign reports that demonstrate clear value and ROI for customers
- Collaborating with editorial, sales, and project teams to bring campaigns to life
- Championing digital best practices and guiding internal stakeholders
- A demonstrable passion for digital marketing, with a curious mindset and keen interest in learning new tools
- A solid understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends
- Imaginative marketer with a proven talent for crafting fresh, engaging content that captivates and converts
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively and work to strict deadlines
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive with fantastic teamwork, collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with online content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Marketo) desirable
- Proficient IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- The ability to occasionally travel to our London office for meetings with the London-based Retail Week teams
- 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays – increasing by one additional day after 6 years, up to a maximum of 30 days.
