- Develop and execute short- and long-term revenue strategies across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
- Analyse market trends, booking patterns, and competitor pricing to inform dynamic rate strategies.
- Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee inventory and distribution across all channels, ensuring rate parity and optimal visibility.
- Manage relationships with OTA and GDS partners, aligning content and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and sales teams to align revenue plans with promotional activity.
- Ensure optimal use and configuration of RMS, PMS, and CRS systems, maintaining data integrity and functionality.
- A revenue professional currently working part-time with similar luxury properties, looking to expand their portfolio.
- Someone in a full-time revenue role seeking to scale back to a 2-3 day per week commitment while continuing to make a strategic impact.
- 3-5 years in a revenue management role within luxury hospitality (4-star deluxe or 5-star level).
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of RevPAR, ADR, RGI, and forecasting techniques.
- Experience managing multi-property revenue strategies and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in RMS, PMS, and CRS systems (e.g., Opera, Ideas, SynXis).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with STR, OTA Insight, and other market intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with UK and international luxury travel markets.
- Confidence in presenting data-driven strategies to senior leadership
