Working Hours: Full-timeMy client is a highly regarded boutique Legal 500-ranked firm, with ambitious plans to grow and develop their contentious probate department. They are currently seeking a Contentious Probate Senior Associate to lead their team, to act for a range of clients from HNW individuals to trusts and financial institutions, handling disputes of the highest level that often include cross border matters.As an ambitious senior member of the firm, you will be responsible for:
- Tackling a variety of work including will disputes, inheritance act claims, trust disputes, court of protection disputes and more.
- Working closely with the firm to grow and develop the team, with a view to collaborating on large litigation cases, alongside running your own matters.
- Assisting in mentoring junior members of the team.
- Delivering exceptional client service and communicating complex legal solutions in understandable terms.
