A specialist private client firm is looking for a solicitor to be based at their busy office located in Thame in Oxfordshire. The firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role with 2 days per week being worked from home. Caseload will be the usual mix of Probate, Will drafting, Trust administration and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorneys. The firm would like to speak to solicitors with 3 years' PQE up to much more experienced candidates in wills & probate work but more specifically someone who has solid experience in the trusts side of things as the caseload with have a leaning towards trusts work.
The firm operates on a fixed fee basis, so there is no requirement for their lawyers to record billable hours. The role is due to expansion not replacing an outgoing member of staff.
