As a German-speaking Business Development Officer, you'll be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, conducting impactful customer conversations, and driving new business opportunities. Your exceptional communication skills, commercial acumen, and proactive approach will be key in achieving success in this role. Please note that this role is based in Southampton.The main responsibilities for the German Speaker Business Development Administrator role is:
  • Respond to inbound client queries via telephone, email, and virtual platforms like Zoom/Teams.
  • Proactively engage with clients, both new and existing, to provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate with external partners and service providers to produce effective marketing materials.
  • Support partner relationships through event organisation and network group management.
  • Provide top-tier consultancy and VAT advisory services to clients across the UK and Europe.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of databases and systems.
  • Demonstrate and apply strong commercial acumen in all business interactions.
  • Foster a positive team environment through collaboration and contribution to process improvements.
  • Previous experience in Accountancy is not essential as full training will be provided.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
