This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the AP ledger within a well-established, international business that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Reporting directly to the Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process - ensuring the smooth flow of supplier payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting a wider finance team that prides itself on high standards and strong internal relationships.Key responsibilities include:
  • End-to-end processing of supplier invoices
  • Preparing and executing weekly payment runs
  • Processing travel and mileage expenses
  • Daily management of the AP mailbox
  • Reconciling credit card transactions and supplier statements
  • Monitoring outstanding POs and maintaining GRNI records
  • Ensuring supplier records are accurately set up and maintained
  • Supporting the finance team during audits and peak periods
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across local and international teams
What we're looking for:
  • Strong experience within a finance or AP role, ideally within a manufacturing environment, or a recent graduate keen to kickstart their career in finance
  • Ideally proficienct in SAP
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach,
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage time and workload effectively,
  • Team player with flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience with credit cards, expenses, and supplier reconciliation is highly desirable.
