This role is integral to the successful delivery of projects within the submarine solutions unit and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days a week required on-site.Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilising SAP to manage project data
  • Placing orders on relevant systems
  • Chairing meetings with stakeholders
  • Supporting the Project Manager in various stakeholder meetings
  • Conducting on-site meetings and safety surveys
  • Feeding into the PMO team with comprehensive reports on cost, scheduling, and risk
  • Managing the Spartan project and its 109 associated projects, including new build facilities
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in reporting and providing detailed analysis on project costs, scheduling, and risks
  • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
