- Undertaking specialised clerical and administrative duties within the department to ensure smooth operations
- Processing complex documents and information from various sources aligning with department standards
- Obtaining, formatting, and analysing data to produce reports, schedules, summaries, and letters
- Investigating discrepancies with products or services through data analysis and cross-departmental checks
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, including certain specified accounts/contacts
- Maintaining technical documentation and keeping filing systems up-to-date for traceability and easy information retrieval
- Understanding and facilitating HS&E requirements to maintain a compliant office environment
- Ensuring all quality standards are met in document management systems
- Considerable experience in providing an administrative service
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with teams and stakeholders
- Understanding of confidentiality and appropriate storage of sensitive information
- Comprehensive knowledge of a range of procedures and systems across the discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and relevant IT systems
- Experienced in using digital communication mediums
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make straightforward judgements
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with SMART time management
- Ability to confidently liaise with challenging contacts and articulate information effectively
