
Senior Employee Relations Advisor

- Manage a varied and complex employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness absence cases
- Provide expert advice to managers and senior leaders in line with NHS policies, employment law and best practice
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Trade Union representatives to deliver fair and consistent resolutions
- Support investigations and lead hearings as required
- Maintain detailed casework records and provide reports to inform organisational insights
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policy, guidance and process improvements
- Provide coaching and upskilling to line managers on ER procedures
- Act as a subject matter expert on workforce change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE
- You must have NHS experience and a proven ability to operate within large, high-volume environments.
- You'll be confident handling heavy caseloads, working with pace and precision, and advising at senior levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and in-depth knowledge of employment legislation are essential.
