
Senior Employee Relations Advisor

- Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence cases
- Provide expert advice to managers in line with NHS policies and procedures
- Ensure consistent application of employment law and local HR frameworks
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support resolution of cases within set timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records
- Strong NHS employee relations experience
- Confident handling high caseloads in large, complex organisations
- Able to provide evidence of previous headcount and case volume managed
- Available to be on-site 4 days per week (South London)
