The RoleThe school are looking for two graduates with SEN experience to join the school this April as TAs working with children that have a wide range of learning difficulties. The school provides a safe, nurturing, and educationally stimulating environment for pupils with moderate to severe special educational needs.The Teaching Assistant role will see you working closely with experienced class teachers to support pupils learning, helping to raise attainment and access learning. This will include academic tuition with a focus on literacy and numeracy, but there will also be an emphasis on learning life skills, with every pupil having an individualised education plan that you will help deliver. The ethos at this school is to uplift and inspire every child under their care, improving educational and life outcomes and building confidence.As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be tasked with embracing and upholding this ethos.
