- Lead multidisciplinary teams and act as Project Director on a variety of high-profile projects.
- Provide strategic advice on building performance, lifecycle planning, creative reuse, and more.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to business development, mentoring, and innovation across the practice.
- Chartered status (RICS, CIBSE, or equivalent) with a background in building surveying or property consultancy.
- Experience leading complex projects and working with diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to a range of audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in improving the performance and sustainability of buildings.
- Willingness to travel when needed.
