- Liaising with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Valuation/listing experience (advantageous)
- Confident, professional, and well-presented
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Local knowledge of Bognor Regis preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- 5-day working week
