Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for long-term, stable work within the water sector?If you have a background in managing complex civils and utilities packages and are comfortable working on large water mains projects, this could be the right opportunity for you.Our client, a tier-one contractor working in partnership with a major UK water company, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. This is a key role on a critical water infrastructure programme.Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Construction Manager, oversee daily operations on-site
Manage supervisors, direct labour teams, and subcontractors
Ensure all works are carried out to the highest health, safety, and quality standards
Maintain compliance with water industry regulations and client specifications
Plan and coordinate plant requirements and temporary works
Drive performance against project programme, budget, and quality KPIs

Candidate Requirements

Strong site management experience within the water sector
Deep excavation and large diameter water mains experience essential
Knowledge of temporary works and related health & safety procedures
Experience coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
Comfortable working in a highly regulated and quality-critical environment
SMSTS, CSCS, and ideally EUSR (Clean Water)
