
Payroll Administrator

- Process payroll for employees monthly
- Monitor time and attendance through an ERP system (Workday)
- Calculate and process wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and file necessary reports
- Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee status changes
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure data accuracy
- Prepare payroll reports for management and audits
- Handle new hire paperwork and terminations related to payroll
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll or related field
- Proficiency in payroll software (Workday) and strong Excel skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with UK payroll legislation
- Increasing holiday entitlement (28 to 33 days / year)
