You’ll take full responsibility for your own portfolio of payroll clients, processing a variety of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly runs. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and collaboration, with a diverse client base spanning multiple industries and pay structures.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients across different pay frequenciesMaintain compliance with RTI, PAYE, NI, and auto-enrolment requirementsHandle client queries and build strong working relationshipsAdminister statutory payments and accurate HMRC submissionsPrepare payroll reports and maintain accurate recordsContribute to team projects and support continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 2 years’ payroll experience, ideally within a bureau or practice environmentStrong working knowledge of UK payroll legislationConfident with BrightPay, Sage, Xero, or similar payroll systemsA high level of accuracy and attention to detailA professional and approachable communicatorDiscreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive dataCIS knowledge would be a bonus, but not essential.Why Apply?Join a respected and welcoming team in a modern office near Paisley town centreFree parking and excellent public transport linksGain valuable experience in a busy bureau environmentClear handover and strong team support throughout your assignmentVaried and rewarding role within a professional accountancy firmInterested?
