- Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with Japanese-speaking clients.
- Provide technical guidance to team members, fostering growth and development within the department.
- Prepare and review audit reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial disclosures.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and offering tailored advice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, encouraging professional development.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards, sharing insights with the team.
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Extensive knowledge of audit processes and accounting standards.
