- Evidence of post qualification study, professional development at Masters level (Post grad certificate, MSc or equivalent).
- Independent Nurse Prescriber or in the process of competing training if not in possession of the same.
- Relevant post degree study includes advanced nursing practice, advanced assessment, continence, tissue viability
- Evidence of further skills/ academic training either completed or being undertaken.
- Experience and evidence of teaching, demonstrated to 998/SLICE or equivalent
- Post registration experience, including advanced nursing practice
- Experience in management long term conditions e.g., COPD, diabetes, CHD
- Evidence of working autonomously and as part of a team
- Management and treatment of minor injuries / illness.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Confidence to communicate with all members of staff at all levels of the organisation.
- Approachable and flexible.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Organised approach, able to priorities and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
