About our teamWe have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join our dedicated Salesforce team as we continue to expand and enhance our use of Salesforce across the University. As part of the Salesforce team you will work closely with various stakeholder groups to support the platform effectively and implement new functionality.Salesforce is a core tool for the University, and we are committed to using the platform to efficiently underpin key services across a diverse user base. We are also growing our capability to manage multiple commercial relationships on a shared CRM platform.With a growing user base and a full roadmap of future enhancements and changes, you will have the opportunity to grow your Salesforce experience with support from our Senior Salesforce Administrators, as well as the chance to suggest and implement system enhancements.We are committed to supporting our staff in learning new skills. We actively encourage applications from individuals who have the right attitude and aptitude, even if you do not meet every tool or technology listed in the job description.About the roleAs a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in the support and enhancement of Salesforce across the University. You will work closely with support teams across IT and various University departments, all of whom have varying experience with service management platforms.The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the platform. You will maintain a working knowledge of existing and forthcoming functionality and use this knowledge to help teams fully exploit the platform.Skills, Experience & Qualification needed
  • Experience in providing business system support and/or training.
  • Experience of working with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues as well as understanding requirements and change requests.
  • The ability to communicate complex topics to a technical and non-technical audience
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service
