📍 Location: Westminster, LondonWe are working with a leading professional services organisation with a global presence, who are seeking a proactive and organised Workplace & Facilities Coordinator to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role with real responsibility and fantastic career development potential.The Role:As Workplace & Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation's London office. This is a varied and hands-on position where you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for all workplace functions in London
- Oversee hard and soft services across the site
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance scheduling (PPMs)
- Supervise third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory standards
- Carry out regular building inspections, health & safety checks, RAMS reviews and permits to work
- Support front of house, security, post, and courier services
- Assist with new starter inductions and workplace-related processes
- Salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
