You'll work alongside business development leads, solution teams and senior decision-makers to support strategic growth.The roleThis is a delivery-facing position with responsibility for supporting new business growth in the defence and security sector. You will contribute to the development and execution of strategic pursuits, helping shape value propositions, engagement strategies and capture activities. Your work will underpin successful delivery of secure digital, cloud and cyber-enabled solutions for high-profile clients.Key responsibilities
- Support market engagement and pipeline development in defence and security
- Develop insight into customer use cases, priorities and procurement cycles
- Contribute to pursuit planning and positioning activities for complex bids
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and manage pipeline records using Salesforce or similar tools
- Background in BD or capture for secure digital or cyber programmes
- Understanding of UK defence and national security environments
- Experience supporting strategic bids or capture planning
- Ability to operate effectively in classified or mission-critical settings
- Confident communicator with strong workload management skills
