
Commercial Account Executive (New Business)

- Develop, negotiate, and profitably sell property business within own authority and in line with Lansdown’s strategy.
- Plan, prioritise and manage individuals own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Use the appropriate method of communication to support Lansdown’s right first-time approach in order to maintain successful Internal and External relationships.
- Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business.
- Adhere to all Company, regulatory and compliance guideline requirements.
- Good understanding of general insurance, preferably property.
- Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents, insurers etc.
- Proven sales ability, Market, Industry and Company knowledge.
- Work well within a team especially under pressure.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
- Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Insurance (or willing to work towards).
