- Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight for the Nursing and Care teams.
- Support the Home Manager with clinical operations, including resident assessments and stakeholder liaison.
- Lead and participate in clinical review meetings and residents'/relatives' meetings.
- Deliver training, mentoring, and supervision to staff, ensuring high standards of care.
- Oversee medication management, care plans, and risk assessments.
- Support rota planning and participate in the on-call rota as needed.
- Investigate incidents and address complaints to promote safe care.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team for compliance and improvement.
The Clinical Lead position comes with an attractive package:
