- Uphold the values of the care home and lead the Clinical and Care teams.
- Provide leadership, support, and supervision for clinical and care staff.
- Conduct on-call duties as required by the home.
- Develop and deliver training modules to improve care delivery.
- Provide feedback to the Home Manager on staff performance.
- Support the Home Manager with clinical aspects, including assessments and liaising with stakeholders.
- Lead team and clinical review meetings.
- Ensure effective and safe clinical practice with the Home Manager and QA teams.
- Annual salary of £60,000

- Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and nursing home experience in a senior role
- Have experience in managing or mentoring staff.
- Have worked as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy or Manager within a Care Home.
- Possess people management experience.
- Be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
