Job Description:Staff Nurse (Outpatients & Diagnostics)Basinghall Clinic4 Basinghall St, London EC2V 5BQFull time- 40 hours per weekPaying up to £45,480 per annum dependent on experienceBasinghall Clinic is a state-of-the-art outpatient diagnostic centre, conveniently located in the heart of the city. With leading-edge technology and a team of dedicated experts, we offer fast access to consultations and diagnostic procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.Basinghall clinic, a small friendly team caring for patients in a variety of specialities, including: MSK-injections under US, Dermatology-minor procedures, Breast clinic, Phlebotomy, Urology and Respiratory.As a Staff Nurse you will ensure the provision of high-quality evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting, the Staff Nurse will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the care they deliver within the Outpatient department.What you'll do:

Participate in the delivery of a consistent, safe service in all aspects of the

patient journey whilst demonstrating a culture of customer service. * Manage care of allocated patients.

Demonstrate professional awareness and accountability.
Maintain requirements to ensure success in the Revalidation process.
Act as a Link Nurse in a designated area reporting to and from meetings/

training updates. * Recognise the needs for DOL’s assessments, mental capacity assessmentand ‘simple’ and ‘complex’ safeguarding referrals and highlight any concerns. * Liaise with the Support Services to ensure all non-clinical needs are metincluding the cultural, sexual, religious, and any other special needs of the
patients. * Have a working knowledge of emergency policies including cardiac arrestand fire. * Deputise for the Senior Staff Nurse in their absence.

Undertake clinical duties in any area that is reasonably requested ensuring

that you practice within your professional competencies and abilities.What you’ll bring:

Registered General Nurse and NMC PIN required.
ILS qualification required.
Competent with immunisation training, wound care management and venepuncture.
Appropriate experience in a Staff Nurse role Outpatients experience.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal presentation skills & report
