We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Human Resources Manager to lead and deliver a high-quality HR service across the organisation. This role is central to shaping the people strategy and supporting a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and continuous improvement.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the HR Manager will provide expert guidance on employment matters, manage recruitment and employee relations, and ensure consistent and legally compliant HR practices. The role also includes line management of administrative support staff.Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be:A CIPD member (or equivalent) with proven experience in HR managementSkilled in handling complex employment issues and driving cultural changeComfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on HR responsibilitiesAn effective communicator with strong influencing and planning skillsExperienced in supporting senior leaders and developing junior staffKey capabilities include:Delivering training on HR policies and management practicesAdvising on legally compliant, practical solutionsFacilitating conflict resolution and difficult conversationsSupporting organisational change and embedding inclusive valuesBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
