Our client is looking for a Commercial Property ParalegalAssist solicitors with preparation and management of commercial property transactions such as sales, purchases, leases, and transfers.Conduct property searches, title investigations, and prepare due diligence reports.Draft and review legal documents, including missives, leases, licences, and completion statements.Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, surveyors, and other third parties to gather and exchange relevant information.Manage transaction files and maintain accurate records in compliance with firm policies.Assist in the resolution of issues arising during the conveyancing process.Support the legal team with general administrative and project-related tasks.Edinburgh Great firmPrevious experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within commercial property law, ideally in Scotland.Good understanding of Scottish commercial property legislation and conveyancing procedures.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant legal qualifications or paralegal certification preferred.A leading global firmA competitive salary and great environment to work in
