Some of the day-to-day tasks & responsibilities:
  • Join a close nit team so support is never far away if required
  • It’s a very busy department with plenty to do
  • Managing a busy caseload of transactions all the way through to completion
  • Working on a blend of Scottish and English transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating documents such as offers, leases, variations, dispositions, licences to occupy and other ancillary lease documentation
  • Use of leading technology and AI software
  • Providing ad hoc support on real estate projects
  • Assisting with file opening procedures, including preparing first drafts of retainer letters and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations
  • Dealing with billing for your transactions
Do you have what it takes to be successful?
  • A minimum 2 years' experience gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level
  • Existing experience handling a caseload of commercial property transactions
