- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating range of commercial agreements including terms, NDAs, funding agreements, call off contracts, contracts for goods and services
- Advising on public procurement
- Collaborating with internal teams to align legal strategy with business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and public-sector governance
- Proactively identifying and mitigating commercial and operational risks
- A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ PQE in commercial and procurement law
- Experienced in negotiating and drafting large-scale contracts in a public or quasi‑public sector context
- Skilled at interpreting and advising on regulatory and governance requirements
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholders
- Salary between £57,000 - £79,800
