- Managing your own caseload with the autonomy and support you need to succeed
- Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
- 4+ years post-qualified experience in child protection or children & families teams
- Confident in navigating complex cases with a child-centred approach
- Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication, mediation, and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to achieving positive, long-term outcomes for vulnerable children
- £40 per hour pay rate
