You'll be supporting across business operations, household logistics, and family life becoming an integral part of ensuring everything runs smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Managing the MD's diary, meetings, and appointments.
- Acting as first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and communications.
- Coordinating meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintaining oversight of projects, deadlines, and priorities to optimise time.
- Tracking actions, providing reminders, and escalating risks when required.
- Building strong communication links with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Organising family travel (accommodation, flights, itineraries, packing systems).
- Managing errands such as prescriptions, parcels, and car fuelling.
- Coordinating trades and service providers (cleaners, gardeners, handymen, etc.).
- Booking recurring personal appointments and maintaining family schedules.
- Researching and arranging family activities, gifts and purchases.
- Streamlining clothing orders, returns and wardrobe organisation.
- Designing checklists, guides, and processes to simplify recurring tasks.
- Bringing order and structure to busy household and business routines.
- Conducting weekly planning sessions to cover logistics, travel, and events.
- Taking ownership of smaller issues to reduce the MD's daily admin load.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Household Manager (or exceptional demonstrable organisational skills).
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs before being asked.
- Highly organised, with a natural ability to create order and systems.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to manage sensitive personal and business information.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
- Positive, problem-solving mindset with a calm, practical approach.
