  • Helping to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Supporting leadership teams with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Assisting in managing project documentation and compliance records
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports and spreadsheets
  • Managing the company’s social media accounts and website updates
  • Collecting and maintaining a portfolio of project photos, case studies, and testimonials
  • Developing and managing marketing materials, brochures, presentations and content
Must haves…
  • Experience/ strong knowledge of the construction sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing tools [eg. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Mailchimp etc..]
  • Detail-orientated, with strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
