- Helping to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Supporting leadership teams with day-to-day administrative needs
- Assisting in managing project documentation and compliance records
- Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports and spreadsheets
- Managing the company’s social media accounts and website updates
- Collecting and maintaining a portfolio of project photos, case studies, and testimonials
- Developing and managing marketing materials, brochures, presentations and content
- Experience/ strong knowledge of the construction sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing tools [eg. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Mailchimp etc..]
- Detail-orientated, with strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
