We're working with a high-growth, mission-driven tech business on a brilliant opportunity to join their product design team in a key role focused on growth and monetisation.
This is a high-impact position within a squad focused on acquisition, conversion and premium engagement. You'll take ownership of end-to-end design projects - from referral flows and onboarding journeys to pricing experiments - helping drive the next phase of growth for a much-loved consumer app with millions of global users.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead design across all growth-focused initiatives - from concept to pixel-perfect delivery
- Design onboarding, referral and upgrade journeys that drive conversion and retention
- Partner with PMs, Engineers and Researchers to identify opportunities and run experiments
- Balance user experience with business impact - optimising key growth metrics
- Contribute to the wider design system and mentor junior team members
- Extensive product design experience
- Strong background working on consumer subscription products
- Portfolio that shows commerical impact - not just beautiful UI
- Confident working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Proficient with Figma and modern design tools
