- Take ownership of end-to-end product design for core areas of our SaaS ecosystem, from discovery and user flows through to high-fidelity delivery.
- Partner with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to translate insights into impactful design solutions.
- Apply systems-thinking to design scalable workflows, dashboards, and multi-role user journeys across compliance, ESG, procurement, and marketplace features.
- Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that bring clarity to complex problems.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Enhance user engagement with micro-interactions and animation where appropriate.
- Use AI-powered tools aid speed, efficiency and consistency.
- Share knowledge and support the wider design team through collaboration and constructive feedback.
- Champion collaboration over handoff, ensuring design and research inform each other throughout the process.
- 7+ years of product design experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS platforms.
- Portfolio that demonstrates complex workflows, dashboards, data-heavy systems, or multi-role experiences (not only visual/UI).
- Proven ability to design and iterate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction patterns.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (including variables, tokens, prototyping, and animation).
- Experience working with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Collaboration experience with UX research, including usability testing and data-informed design.
- Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional, regional environment.
- Curiosity and openness to AI tools as part of your workflow.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or Spanish a bonus).
- Experience designing for compliance, procurement, ESG, or marketplace systems.
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions to improve usability.
- Understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior designers.
- Contribute to the design of a pan-European SaaS ecosystem that drives real-world impact in the construction industry.
