
Technical Operations Lead

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and technical specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Attend and facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Ensure robust documentation across delivery, including JIRA & Confluence
- Analyse team performance data to identify areas of improvements and optimisation
- Identify and address any performance gaps, implementing corrective actions and improvement plans
- Continuous drive of sprint velocity in team, proactively identifying where targets are missed and working with team to get back on track
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team
- Work closely with Operational Analytics Lead to ensure deliverables are met on time and in line with other priorities
- Work closely with Operational Analytics Lead to ensure work meets all requirements, including BAU initiatives and incident support
- Support enforcing team best practices e.g. coding standards and technical documentation
- Foster a culture of feedback by creating an environment where giving and receiving feedback is encouraged and valued
- Successfully led and developed a team of technical professionals
- Have a track record of coaching and mentoring, fostering growth and career development
- Have proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with change and ambiguity
- Resilient to change and ability to support other through varied changes
- Have an ambitious spirit, you'll need to be proactive, and someone who is always up for a challenge
- Are an excellent communicator. Your communication skills give you the ability to convey your ideas effectively, tailoring the communication to audiences at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient experience of using JIRA for Agile ceremonies and ability to utilise built in reporting to monitor progress
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and relay to team where required
