Village Hotels know how to party and there is no better time to celebrate than Christmas!We are looking for a number of Christmas Coordinators to join the team from now through to the end of December 2025 to help us promote and coordinate our parties, private events, Pub & Grill parties, family gatherings and children’s events for our Christmas ProgrammeThe role will include:Assist with the sales planning of who to target as attendees at each eventOutreach activity to local businesses and organisations including business parks, retail parks, schools, colleges and sports clubs etcIn reach promotional activity within the hotel to create interest and secure new bookings eg leisure club member activity plans, lobby hosting etcProactive telephone calls to both past and potential new customers to secure bookings and answer any queries that they may haveUpsell telephone calls to guests staying over the Christmas periodAssisting with the co-ordination of events including chasing payments, menu & drinks choices and dealing with any special requestsLearning to use the booking systems and updating this with the relevant information in an accurate and timely manner into Sales SystemResearch and action exposure on local organisations intranets/ social media and promotional forumsUpdating Sales System with daily figures inputting new ticket sales and reconciling paymentsChasing final balance paymentsWork, Grow, Play!
