
Nurse Degree Apprenticeship - Learning Disability

- Maths and English to GCSE grade 4/C or above, or equivalent in English and Maths, or level 2 Functional Skills
- Evidence of recent study to level 3 alongside relevant experience. Applicants with previous study at level 4 or higher will be considered on an individual basis
- Due to the current eligibility criteria for Government funded apprenticeship schemes, we are currently only able to accept applications from candidates who have been resident in the UK for the last 3 years, and who are not already in any form of Government funded education.
- Maths and English to GCSE grade 4/C or above, or equivalent in English and Maths, or level 2 Functional Skills.

- A willingness to complete Trust Mandatory Courses (will be required to complete and undertake relevant Physical Interventions training with adjustments considered if required).
- Describe, with specific examples how you can demonstrate your ability to assess situations, make decisions, co-ordinate and organise appropriate responses.
- To be able to attend Mandatory Training for either 5 day or 3 day
- restraint (as determined by manager/service), Breakaway, Manual
- Handling etc.
- To be able to work on the internal ward shift rotation which includes
- night duties.
- Describe how you anticipate balancing the demands of a role in the workplace alongside a student role.
- Intermediate IT skills.
- To work to the Trust Data Protection and Confidentiality
- guidance/policy.
- Work as an effective role model.
- Willingness to develop self.
- Ability to travel to meet the requirements of the role.
