- Promote the services of the Station team internally and externally - taking a proactive approach and helping to develop a fee-paying client base
- Recognise and explore opportunities for clients to utilise other products rradar offer (digital and human) encouraging referral to rradarstation online portal
- Ensure an efficient and effective service to the full client base, identifying opportunities for greater efficiencies
- Provide complete tailored, accurate, timely, advice and support to clients on a full range of Employment Law/HR issues
- Ensure smooth client handovers to the Legal teams
- Provide a caring, quality first-class service to rradar's clients in accordance with the plans and targets of rradar
- Support business development and marketing activities, including participation in webinars, seminars etc
- Develop Station's external reputation for excellence in the HR/Employment Law sector
- Develop and maintain the skills and attributes necessary to provide a proper standard of service to clients and maintain a record of professional development
- Share information and best practice, assisting team members in providing effective advice to the company's clients
- Identify opportunities for new services and products
- Identify new content opportunities and support in the production of new and existing legal content
- Participate in projects to develop services and in response to changes in the law affecting clients
- Ensure that the management of clients and working practices within the Station team are in accordance with rradar's policies, procedures, systems, and scope of services
- Carry out duties in a professional manner, comply with relevant professional standards and any requirement set by relevant regulating bodies including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and CIPD
- Ensure work standards are maintained in line with Station's expected quality assurance standards
Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR issues
Computer literacy
