You will also cultivate positive relationships with the team, the Firm, and clients, with responsibilities including:Supporting teams in organising meetings, events, and multimedia activities both in-office and virtuallyServing as an expert in meeting and collaboration tools such as Webex, Jabber, MS TeamsSetting up conference room technology for audio and video meetingsAnswering technical queries, distributing meeting links, and providing support for virtual and in-office meetingsGuiding Firm members and clients in using meeting tools like Webex and JabberAssisting in scheduling team resources for meeting support and perform system quality checksMonitoring and addressing support requests submitted via email, Jabber, and ServiceNowTroubleshooting and escalate issues with AV systems, and utilising RRS, TMS, and other systems for AV requests and activities trackingCoordinating team rota, meetings, and events and managing ServiceNow tickets/handling escalations within the teamProviding feedback on team performance and development, whilst ensuring regular testing and maintenance of AV equipmentYou will also work to collaborate with colleagues on technical support, including:Providing support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheralsMonitoring and managing call queues from internal ticketing system (ServiceNow), promptly recording, tracking, and closing service incidentsTaking ownership of technical issues, resolving them efficiently and effectivelyQualifications and Skills2+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating ambition and motivationITIL Foundation certification or practical experience, and/or University Degree (desirable)Proficiency in meeting such as Webex, Zoom, MS Teams, Jabber, with familiarity in WebRTC and Cisco scheduling (preferred)Experience in working with audiovisual equipment and ability to lift/move equipment, if neededKnowledge and experience in Control Systems, DSPs, Audio Distribution, Touch Panels, Virtual TPs, Cisco Codecs & Infrastructure AV equipmentStrong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Commitment to exceeding expectations, prompt follow-ups, and excellent verbal and written communicationWhat We OfferWhen you join us, you’ll be working directly with partners, business leaders and many other inspiring colleagues across our global network of offices.
