This role will be responsible for developing and leading the global Supply Chain strategy and owning end to end processes. Our client is a global manufacturing business, focused on innovation and commitment to customers. The successful candidate will have experience in a senior supply chain leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring scalability to support international growth.
  • Lead a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply planning across multiple regions.
  • Drive global sourcing and procurement strategies.
  • Implement tools, systems, and KPIs to improve accuracy, processes, and performance visibility.

  • Proficient in using ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and implementing organisational and process change.
  • International experience and willingness to travel.
