- Oversee and manage behavioural interventions and support strategies across the school.
- Develop, implement, and monitor behaviour management plans tailored to individual and group needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address and resolve behavioural issues.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on effective behaviour management techniques.
- Track and analyse behavioural data to inform strategies and improve student outcomes.
- Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one).
