- Solid understanding of fresh, seasonal cooking and flavour balance.
- Ability to manage a section independently and work calmly under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for quality and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Fully knowledgeable on Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire and Security legislation.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- The right to work and live in the UK.
- Recognised qualification in catering or food management.
