  • £37,500 per annum plus £2,500 service charge

Responsibilities as the Food & Beverage Manager…
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of multiple F&B outlets
  • Leading from the front - this is a very hands-on position
  • Managing a large team and ensuring the highest service standards
  • Working closely with the kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless service
  • Supporting training and development across all departments
  • Driving operational improvements and customer satisfaction
About you:You'll come from a strong 5-star hotel background, with experience managing multiple restaurants and event spaces.
