Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
  • Running your own section to an exceptional standard in the 3 AA Rosette restaurant
  • Preparing and presenting seasonal dishes with creativity, precision, and consistency
  • Supporting senior chefs in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Upholding the high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety across your section
  • Taking part in ongoing training and development to further hone your skills
About you:You'll have experience in high-end kitchens, ideally within 2 or 3 Rosette or 4/5-star hotel environments.
