If you thrive on building client relationships, have a strong grasp of the local property market, and enjoy seeing deals through from start to finish, this could be the perfect next step in your career.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Guide clients through sales, purchases, and lettings
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships
  • Create property listings and marketing materials
  • Stay up to date on market trends and values
  • Negotiate offers and contracts
  • Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous estate agency experience in sales, lettings, or both (preferred)
  • Strong administrative skills for managing client documentation efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client interaction and negotiation
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple listings and appointments simultaneously
  • Confident, proactive, and relationship-driven approach to business development
  • Multilingual skills beneficial for engaging with a diverse client base
