- Achieving individual and team sales and lettings targets
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Strong interest in a career in property sales and lettings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Well-presented and professional with a persuasive manner
- High level of customer service
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Knowledge of the London property market (advantageous)
