*Assist in both academic tasks and personal development
*Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SEN department
*Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Weekends off)Requirements:*A genuine passion for working with young people
*Previous experience in a school or SEN environment is desirable but not essential
*A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
