Job OverviewWe are recruiting for experienced chefs to work in venues all across the North Wales area.Venues can vary from restaurants to stadiums. Experience in events is preferred.You need to be comfortable walking in to new venues and hit the ground running.We require you to have at least 4 years experience as a chef.If you have experience managing kitchens at events etc., then great. We're always on the lookout for lead chefsYou will often be catering for up to 500 people in a team of chefs.Pay Ranges: £14-£20 per hour + holiday pay (role & experience dependent)You also have the choice of working with us at other venues/events and freedom to choose your shifts.This is a great opportunity to develop your career, You will meet and work alongside industry leaders as you make your way around the venues/events that we work with.Requirements for the role

Valid Food Safety Level 2 & Food Allergens certificates - we can provide if needed
You will preferably have an NVQ Level 1,2,3 Professional Cookery (or equivalent) OR relevant experience in the role.
Team Player
An eagerness to work hard & enthusiasm for your role
Eligible to work in the UK
Own knives in a knife case
Uniform - Chef whites trousers and safety shoes having your own aprons is a bonus

Responsibilities and Duties

Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness to the highest standard
Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation
Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management
Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance
Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance
Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times
