If speculative CVs are sent, no fee will be applicable - please direct all queries to the relevant Resourcing Partner.Sub AgentSouthamptonWhat you will be doing:An opportunity has arisen for a Sub Agent to join the Southern Water team, a Galliford Try business.You will be located in the Southampton area primarily based on the key project site office for a large cross country pipeline project. We are looking for candidates who are an experienced Sub Agent professional that wants to be part of a growing a team and making a difference.What you will be doing:
- General Site Management including producing and managing the programme and supervising the successful deliver of it.
- Ensuring day to day compliance of HS&E and quality, in line with company procedures.
- Ensure that site diaries and all other records are kept up to date.
- Maintaining key relationships with stakeholders and sub-contractors.
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Day to day management of section of works including the supervision and monitoring of the site team and supply chain.
- Progress and performance reporting to the Senior Agent.
- Ensure risk assessment and method statements, permit to work systems, site inductions and safety briefings are carried out.
- Ensure that daily and weekly and monthly inspections are carried out as per the BMS requirements.
- Ensure that the QA and ITPs is produced updated and followed.
