Highways Agent

Key Responsibilities:
·Take ownership of day-to-day site activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of works in line with programme, budget, and quality standards.
·Manage and coordinate multiple sub-contractors, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
·Liaise with the client, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption and strong communication throughout the scheme.
·Oversee compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures.
·Provide technical support, problem-solving, and guidance to the site team as required.
Requirements:
·Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
·Demonstrable experience working as a Site Agent (or similar) on highways, public realm, or infrastructure projects.
·Strong background in managing and coordinating sub-contractors.
·Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
